Process for Changes / Correction in PAN Card
You can Enquiry for a PAN card online or offline.
Download the PAN Application Form
Click on the "Download Form" button to get a blank application form for a new PAN card.
Follow the Steps and Make Payment:
Go through each step in the Instruction Manual, then click "MAKE PAYMENT" to complete the payment process.

Fill Out the Form
Complete the form according to the instructions on pages 3, 4, and 5.
Send Your Application:
